    This privacy policy is intended to inform the users of this website (http://www.jk-conpro.de.de) about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the website operator, JK Consulting & Projects.

  4. Scope of the processing of personal data

    Personal data is all information that can be used to identify you personally and that can be traced back to you – for example, your name, e-mail address and telephone number.

    You can visit this website without providing any personal data.

    Each time this website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the accessing computer.

    Due to our legitimate interest (see Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. GDPR) in improving our online offer, we, the website operator or page provider, store the access data in the log files of our system, but without personal reference. By anonymizing the data, it is not possible to draw conclusions about your person.

  5. Purpose of data collection and processing

    Temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable delivery of the website to the user’s computer. For this purpose, the user’s IP address must remain stored for the duration of the session.

    Storage in log files takes place to ensure the functionality of the website. In addition, the anonymized usage data is used exclusively for statistical evaluation and technical optimization of the website. The data is not analyzed for marketing purposes in this context.

    These purposes also constitute our legitimate interest in data processing in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

    No data is passed on to third parties.

  6. Data deletion and storage duration

    The usage data will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies. Data may also be stored if this has been provided for by the European or national legislator in EU regulations, laws or other provisions to which the controller is subject.

    If the data is stored in log files, this is the case after thirty days at the latest.

  7. Possibility of objection and removal

    The collection of data for the provision of the website and the storage of data in log files is absolutely necessary for the operation of the website. Consequently, there is no possibility for the user to object.

    The restrictions under Sections 34 and 35 BDSG apply to the right of access and the right to erasure.

  9. Changes to the privacy policy

    We reserve the right to amend the data protection declaration in order to adapt it to changed legal situations or in the event of changes to the service and data processing. However, this only applies with regard to declarations on data processing. If user consent is required or components of the privacy policy contain provisions of the contractual relationship with the users, the changes will only be made with the consent of the users.
